2024 GFOA-PA Annual Statewide Conference

Hotel Reservations: GFOA-PA has reserved a room block at the Hershey Lodge. The room rate is $180/night + taxes, fees and hotel services charge. The deadline for guaranteed discounted reservations is April 24, 2024. Make your reservation here. Please note credit cards are charged a one night's advance deposit including tax at the time of booking a reservation.
If you prefer to speak to a Reservation Agent, please call the Hershey Lodge Reservation office at 855-729-3108 and ask for the room block for the Government Finance Officers Association of Pennsylvania Annual Conference. Please note if you need to cancel your room reservation, you need to cancel three days in advance to avoid any fees.

Cancellation/Refund Policy:
GFOA-PA has a staggered cancellation/refund policy:
- 100% refund on 2024 Annual Conference cancellations made on or before April 19, 2024.
- 50% refund on 2024 Annual Conference cancellations made April 20 – May 5, 2024.
- No refunds on cancellations made on or after May 6, 2024.
Please note that canceling your Annual Conference Registration will not cancel your hotel reservation. Please contact the hotel directly to avoid unwanted charges if you must cancel your room reservation.
